INVITATION TO TENDER No 006/T.MSC/2026/MSACCO
Muganga SACCO is a Savings and Credit Cooperative established in 2022 to provide financial services to healthcare professionals and affiliated stakeholders in Rwanda. The SACCO was created to enhance the financial stability, motivation, and retention of health sector personnel through structured savings mobilization and access to affordable credit. It is duly registered with the Rwanda Cooperative Agency (RCA) and operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations under the supervisory oversight of the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR). Muganga SACCO hereby invites sealed competitive quotations for the Supply of Office Stationery and Cleaning Materials from experienced and registered companies in Rwanda.

from 13/03/2026 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (Frw
10,000) to Muganga SACCO's account No. 583427377510131 at BPR.
The well-prepared bids must be submitted in two copies: one marked as “ORIGINAL” and the other as “COPY,” clearly labeled on the outer envelope as: “TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF OFFICE STATIONERY AND CLEANING MATERIALS FOR MUGANGA SACCO. “All bids should be addressed to the ManagingDirector of Muganga SACCO, 1st Floor of Silverback Mall, Kicukiro – Sonatube, KK 15 Road, and must be submitted in sealed envelopes no later than 03/04/2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time. The public opening of bids will take place the same day at 10:30 a.m. local time in the Muganga SACCO conference room. Late submissions will not be considered.
