Tender Notice for the Provision of Cleaning Services to King Faisal Hospital Rwanda/ Kacyiru Executive Apartment

TENDER TITLE: TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES TO KING FAISAL
HOSPITAL RWANDA/ KACYIRU EXECUTIVE APARTMENT.

TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER: 24/NCS/NCB/2025-2026 /KFHR

1.King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, hereinafter called ‘’Client” funded by its ordinary budget, towards the cost of the provision of cleaning services to King Faisal Hospital Rwanda/ Kacyiru Executive Apartment. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

King Faisal Hospital Rwanda invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the provision of cleaning services to King Faisal Hospital Rwanda/ Kacyiru Executive Apartment as indicated in detail tender document.
Tender documents in English may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Rwanda Procurement Department from 08:30 to 16:30 hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays and week-ends upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to the account No 6775021405 opened in ECOBANK, in the name of King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda.
All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of 200,000 Rwf duly signed and sealed by the guarantor (recognized Bank/Insurance Company). This bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period.
Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 3 copies one of which is the original must reach the King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, Procurement address not later than 2:00 pm local time on April 8th, 2026. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda at the address mentioned below not later than 2:30 pm local time on April 8th, 2026.

Site visit is compulsory and scheduled March 31st 2026 from 10:am to 11:00am.
Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in one original and three copies must reach the procurement department King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda at the address mentioned below not later than 2:00 PM local time. Late bids will be rejected; The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.
