INTRODUCTION

Right To Play is a global organization that uses the transformative power of play to educate and empower children to rise above adversity. We pioneer a unique approach to learning, both inside and outside of the classroom, and harness play, one of the most fundamental forces in child’s life, to help children dismantle barriers and embrace opportunities to learning and development.

Right To Play is currently seeking a registered and reputable company to supply a field vehicle for use in the implementation of our programs. This vehicle will play a crucial role in supporting our operational activities on the ground.

In this perspective, Right To Play invites all interested and qualified companies to supply submit a detailed quotation for the supply of the specified vehicle(s), which will be evaluated based on compliance with the technical specifications outlined and the overall value for money. All submitted quotations will undergo a thorough evaluation process to ensure that the selected supplier meets our requirements and offers the best possible value. The vehicle should meet the following specifications:

• Pick-up Double Cabin
• Must be a new brand vehicle , 0km
• Transmission: 6 speeds, Manual. Brake: Front: Disc, Rear: Drum
• Drive type: 4x4
• Suspensions: Front: Coil type, Rear: Leaf Spring
• Transmission: Part time manual 4x4
• Seats: 5-Seater. Front: 1+1 separate, Rear: 3 Bench.
• Fuel: Diesel
• Number of doors: 4 doors
• Front brakes: Ventilated disc
• Rear brake: Drums
• Air conditioning: Manual

1. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS & RELATED REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

1.The bidder shall send the following documents:

• Detailed Technical Specifications
• Price including Taxes/Price excluding Taxes
• Delivery timeframe
• Quality Certifications (If applicable)
• Manufacturer's Authorization (If applicable)
• Warranty terms and conditions
• After-sales service provisions
• Terms & Conditions of Payment
• Validity of offer
• Bank details

2. The following administrative documents should also be provided along with the above-mentioned requirements:

1. Copy of RDB Certificate
2. Valid tax clearance certificate from Rwanda Revenue Authority [RRA]
3. Valid Social Security clearance certificate from RSSB
4. Having experience not less than five years in similar service provision
5. 3 Original or notarized references are required (Good completion or Recommendation preferably from big companies, government institutions or NGOs)
6. A confirmation that the bidder has Electronic Billing Machine [EBM]

3.Other Requirements

• The prices must be provided in Rwandan Francs (RWF)
• Prices shall not change for the duration of the contract
• The Vehicle will be delivered at Right To Play Office located at KN16 Ave,17 Kiyovu

4. Modalities of submission of bids

Please submit your offer/Tender documents (in hard copies); 1 original and two copies, in the form of well-presented bids in sealed envelopes to Right To Play Office located in Kiyovu KN 16 Ave, 17 Kiyovu by on 12^th March 2025 at 5:00pm Kigali time. The subject of your bid must be entitled: “Supply of a Vehicle”
