The Institute of Certified Public Accounts of Rwanda (ICPAR), (hereinafter called ‘’Client”)intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued;
ICPAR invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the provision of maintenance services and supply of spare parts for ICPAR IT equipment under framework contract as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements;

Interestedbidders for the competition will pay a non-refundable fee of FiftyThousand RwandanFrancs(FRW50,000)to Account N°00040-00335616-29opened at Bank of Kigali;
Allbids shall be accompanied by a Declaration of commitment;
Enquiriesregarding this tender may be addressed to the Corporate Service Manager of ICPAR at Kamutwa, Kacyiru, Email: nyilishema@icparwanda.com;
Wellprinted bids properly bound and presented in 3 copies one of which is the original must reach the ICPAR reception at the address mentioned above Not later than 14th March 2025 at 10:00 am (local time) Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened;
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at ICPAR Offices on the same date at 10: 30 am (local time);
TheOuter envelope should indicate the tender name and title;
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the ICPAR procurement policies that should be found on the ICPAR website: icparwanda.com.
