Offerors responding to this RFQ must include the following as part of the proposal submission:

• Disclose any close, familial, or financial relationships with SNV or project staff. For example, if an offeror’s cousin is employed by the project, the offeror must state this.
• Disclose any family or financial relationship with other offerors submitting proposals. For example, if the offeror’s father owns a company that is submitting another proposal, the offeror must state this.
• Certify that the prices in the offer have been arrived at independently, without any consultation, communication, or agreement with any other offeror or competitor for the purpose of restricting competition.
• Certify that all information in the proposal and all supporting documentation are authentic and accurate.
• Certify understanding and agreement to SNV’ prohibitions against fraud, bribery and kickbacks

5. Pricing Information

   • Details of manufacturer and dealer warranty
   • Delivery time

6. Delivery details

• A delivery schedule will be agreed with the successful supplier based on details given in the bid and availability at contract date.
• Upon arrival, the supplies must be free from damage. The supplier will be responsible for any losses resulting from inadequate or improper packaging and delivery arrangements. Additionally, the supplier will bear the cost of returning any unacceptable supplies
• Relevance, practicality, and cost of customs clearance encountered by SNV Rwanda for the delivered vehicles. The latter will depend on the source of a vehicle(s) 
• Warranty period: Between “Mise en route “and the 1^st service mileage 5,000 Km

7. Conditions of Tender

1. This purchase is subject to SNV Rwanda standard Terms and Conditions
2. SNV Rwanda reserves the right to deal with any Offeror presenting a good deal and meeting SNV vehicle specifications and delivery process.
3. This request for Offer is not a contract or an Offer into a contract but is a request for a quotation for the product indicated in this document.
4. Respondents are bound by their Offer for a period of 45 days as from the closing date of bids.
5. SNV Rwanda is in no way responsible for any costs associated with preparing the tender response.
6. SNV Rwanda reserves the right to alter the dates of the timetable.
7. Canvassing of SNV Rwanda staff in relation to this tender will result in disqualification
