TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT
- Good Neighbors International hereby invites national tenders for Supply of CONSTRUCTION OF CLASSROOMS IN GISOZI, RUNDA, NGOMA, CYIRI, MUKIZA AND KAMEGERI CDPs.
- Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies or firms experienced in the field of CONSTRUCTION
- Tender documents may be obtained from the Secretariat of Good Neighbors International- Head office located at Kicukiro district, Kagarama Sector, Kanserege cell, Bwiza village, KK 395st, Household No: 4 from 13th to 19th March 2026 during working hours not later than 4:50 PM, upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 RwF), deposited to the account No. 211-117708-1-5101-2 Account Name: Good Neighbors Rwanda open in GT Bank.
- Sites visit will be conducted from 17th to 18th march, 2026 starting on 17 March at 9:00’ form Gisozi CDP Gasabo district (meeting point is at Ecole Primaire Kamuyange and continue to Runda and Ngoma CDPs). Mukiza and Cyiri CDPs sites visit will take place on 18th March starting from Mukiza CDP-Ecole Primaire Mukiza at 10:00’and continue to Cyiri CDP.
- Well printed bids written in English, properly bound and presented in three copies of which, one original and two copies must reach, in sealed envelopes at Good Neighbors International Head office, not later than 20th March 2026 at 09:30 am local time, accompanied with a bid security of One million Rwandan Francs (1,000,000 RWF), issued by a reputable bank or a registered financial institution. Bidders should sign in the tender register during submission; however, late bids shall be not received.
- The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on 20 March 2026 at 09:35 am local time at Good Neighbors International Head office (Kigali).
