Inades-Formation Rwanda belongs to a pan-African network, Inades-Formation, which is currently established in ten countries: Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Chad, Côte d'Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Togo.

RECRUITMENT OF A PRODUCTION STUDIO / PRODUCER TO PRODUCE A DOCUMENTARY FILM SHOWCASING THE KEY RESULTS AND IMPACT OF THE JP-RWEE PROJECT

TERMS OF REFERENCE NO: …………/IFR/2026

  1. INADES-Formation Rwanda (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) has been recruited as an implementing partner for the project entitled “The Joint Programme ‘Accelerating Progress towards Rural Women’s Economic Empowerment’ (JP-RWEE)”, with the support of the Partner UN Agencies, namely WFP, FAO, UN Women, and IFAD, in the districts of Ngoma, Kirehe, Nyaruguru, Gisagara, and Nyamasheke. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.
  2. Under the funds of World Food Programme (WFP) through “The Joint Programme “Accelerating Progress towards Rural Women’s Economic Empowerment” (JP-RWEE)”, INADES-Formation Rwanda wishes to recruit a production studio / professional producer to produce the documentary film showing the key results of JP RWEE project and impact realized.
  3. The detailed documents for this work in English may be obtained from INADES-Formation Rwanda head office located at Remera in Gasabo District behind Remera Main Buses Park, about 1km from the International Airport of Kigali, close to “Centre Christus” upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 FRW to the Account
    N° 00040-00002903-26 opened at Bank of Kigali in the name of INADES-Formation Rwanda.
  4. The detailed documents for this work may be obtained on any working day from 09:00 AM to
    5:00 PM at INADES-Formation Rwanda Secretariat.

  6. Well printed, separated technical and financial offers, properly bound and presented in three hard copies, one of which is the original must be submitted to INADES-Formation Rwanda Secretariat no later than 6th March 2024 at 3:00 PM. Late submission will be rejected and returned unopened.
  7. The opening will be done in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to
    attend at INADES-Formation Rwanda head office on 6th March 2024 at 3:30 PM.
  8. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender title, bidder name and email for
    notification purpose.
