TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Vehicles are sold as-is.
2. Bidders must pay a refundable security deposit of RWF 2,000,000.
3. Pay a non-refundable entry fee of RWF 10,000 via MoMocode: 046582 AGS Rwanda Ltd
4. Payments should be made via bank transfer or bank deposit into account number 07000080001– AGS RWANDA LTD/Bank of Africa Rwanda.
5. The highest bidder on the vehicle(s) will be required to initially pay 30% immediately and the 70% balance within five (5) working days after the auction date. Failure to comply with the auction terms and conditions, the public auctioneer will be entitled to retain the security deposit.
6. Vehicles that are not cleared will need to be cleared off of duties by RRA before being taken
