BK Foundation, in partnership with GIZ Rwanda, invites you to apply for the Urumuri Program a unique opportunity to receive interest-free loans of up to RWF 30 million, business training, and expert mentorship to grow your sustainable enterprise.

This program is designed to support businesses that are committed to addressing climate challenges, reducing environmental impact, and driving green innovation in Rwanda. If your business aligns with these goals, this is your chance to access funding, develop your skills, and expand your market reach.

WHO CAN APPLY? (Eligibility Criteria)

We invite applications from MSMEs that meet the following criteria:

• Registered MSMEs operating in Rwanda.
• Business must have been operational for at least 6 months.
• Must operate in a climate action or circular economy sector, including but not limited to:
  • Renewable energy
  • Sustainable agriculture
  • Waste management
  • Green manufacturing
  • Eco-friendly transport
  • Forestry and conservation

✅ Business model must demonstrate scalability, sustainability, and positive environmental impact.

✅ Inclusive Entrepreneurship Encouraged: Priority will be given to women-led, youth-led (18–35), and businesses owned by persons with disabilities.
