The training aims to enhance participants' knowledge and skills in tender preparation both private and public with navigation to umucyo e-procurement system, web design with react framework, advanced excel in order to enable them to be competent on job market.

5 .Targeted Participant:

  • All candidates with at least A2 certificate or Bachelor degree or master degree or other are allowed to apply for a tender preparation with umucyo e-procurement and advanced excel training.
  • All candidates with at least A2 certificate or Bachelor degree or master degree are allowed to apply for web design with react framework training .

6 . Tuition fees :

  • Tuition fees is 100,000 rwf for an advanced Excel.
  • Tuition fees is 150,000 rwf for tender preparation both private and public with umucyo e-procurement and other platform.

7. Training Period

7.1   Daily Program

  • Time: 18h - 20h .
  • Hours per day : 2 hours .

8. Course Duration

8.1 Daily Program ( everning hours from Monday to Friday : 18h -20h

  • 15 days for a tender preparation both private and public wit umucyo e-procurement and other platforms.
  • 10 days for an advanced excel training

Start date and end date: tender preparation with umucyo e-procurement and other

Platform: 1/5/2025- 21/5/2021

Start date and date : for advanced  excel : 1/5/2025 – 14/5/2025

8.2 weekend  Program  : Saturday – Sunday ( 10h- 12h )

  • Start date for tender preparation: 3/5/2025 -28/6/2025
  • Start date for advanced excel: 3/5/2025 -1/6/2025

9.Output for the Training

9 .1 Output for a tender preparation both private and public with umucyo e-procurement and other platforms .

 13 . Responsibilities For Each Side

13 .1 Omega Engineering Systems LTD is responsible to :

  • To provide a contract to the trainee.
  • To provide training during work and calendar days .
  •  Training period is 2 Hours per day for a daily program and 4 hours for a weekend program.
  • To provide an EBM receipt to the trainee once the payment is done by a trainee.
  • To Provide a Training Certificate after program completion.

13 .2 Trainee is responsible 

  • To use his own laptop.
  • To attend a training as specified in terms and condition of the contract.
  • To pay the tuition and fees as specified in payment modalities.
  • To book your space, kindly proceed by paying the training fees

14 .Certificate

At the end of the training, we provide a certificate of completion .

15 .Venue

The training will take place at ecole secondaire saint joseph near saint famille catholic church .

16  .Conclusion
