ASSIGNIMENT TITLE: TENDER FOR DESIGN, SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HIGH-QUALITY
BRANDED APPAREL.

Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc wishes to invite all interested and qualified bidders to submit well sealed envelopes for the design, supply and delivery of high-quality branded apparel aimed at enhancing the bank’s brand visibility and staff engagement.

The participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all qualified individuals and companies specialized in the field.

The Tender Document in English may be obtained from Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc’s Head Office located at BOA House (KN 67 st, Nyarugenge), in Procurement Office from 02nd/April/2026 during office hours (8:30am to 5:30pm) upon presentation of proof of payment of non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Rwandan Francs (50,000Rwf) deposited on the account No:0048820007 opened in Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc, in names of Bidding Fees.

Well bounded and sealed bids presented in 2 hard copies, one of them marked “Original” and one hard
copy marked “Copy” of the bids.

The bids shall be valid for a period of 14 days and should be submitted in Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc’s
Reception Desk not later than 16th/April/2026, at 02:00pm local time.

The bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend the
opening session in the Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc’s Head Office Board Room at 02:30pm.

Please note that the bids will be put in an envelope indicating the name, the address of the prospective bidder and title of the auction which will be marked as follows:
