The Smart Africa alliance has received grant from the World Bank toward the cost ofDigital Transformation for Africa/ Western Africa Regional Digital Integration Program (DTfA/ WARDIP) SOP-1andintends to apply part of the proceeds for hiring of training facilitator - partnerships and virtual engagements. 

The training facilitator - partnerships and virtual engagements, smart Africa digital academy – DTFA / WARDIP SOP will be hired for a period of three (3) years renewable upon satisfaction of services and availability of funds.

The Smart Africa Alliance now invites eligible candidates to indicate their interest in providing the said Services. Interested Candidates should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The selection criteria will be based on qualifications and relevant experience.

The attention of interested Candidates is drawn to the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” December 2023 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest as well as Smart Africa Human resource manual.
