TENDER: SUPPLY OF A USED TOYOTA PICK-UP DOUBLE CABIN

African Evangelical Enterprise (AEE) Rwanda invites dealers and individual owners to bid for the supply of a pre-owned Toyota Hilux Pick-Up Double Cabin 4x4. The vehicle must be manufactured in 2021 or later, with mileage under 65,000 Km, a manual transmission, and a diesel engine. It must be in excellent, accident-free condition with valid Rwandan registration, a valid inspection certificate (Control Technique), and a 3-month engine/gearbox warranty.
Bids must include a financial proposal in RWF (taxes included), a vehicle profile with color photos, a logbook (Carte Jaune) copy, the owner's ID/Passport (or RDB certificate), a valid inspection certificate, and a signed warranty commitment letter. Shortlisted vehicles will undergo mechanical assessment. AEE Rwanda will transfer payment within three working days after successful inspection and contract signing.
Sealed envelopes marked "EOI FOR SUPPLY OF TOYOTA PICK-UP DOUBLE CABIN" must be hand-delivered to the AEE Rwanda Head Office, KG 201 Street 46, Remera Sector, Gasabo District. The deadline is October 09, 2026, at 5:00 PM. For inquiries, contact +250 788 381 852.
