TENDER NOTICE

TITLE: PROVISION OF CATERING AND BEVERAGE SERVICES (ANNUAL CONTRACT)

SOURCE OF FUND: ORDINARY BUDGET 2026-2027

Inkuru Nziza Orthopedic Specialized Hospital (IOSH) hereby invite qualified and interested bidders to submit their bids for Provision of Catering and Beverage Services. The competition is equally open to all eligible companies. The tender document can be obtained from the procurement officer at IOSH starting from 10/09/2026 upon presentation of prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee 10,000 RWF (Ten thousand Rwandan Francs) deposited to the account no:00094-0064-1922-39 of “Inkuru Nziza Orthopedic Hospital” at the bank of Kigali. Well printed bids written in French or English language, addressed to the Director General of IOSH,P.O Box105 Kigali, properly bound and presented in four copies of which ,one is original and three copies, in sealed envelopes must be submitted to the office of procurement officer at the Hospital not later 30/09/2026 at 10h00a.m local time, accompanied by a bid security of 1,542,000 RWF (One million five hundred forty -two thousand Rwandan Francs) issued by a reputable Bank or a recognized insurance company .Late bids will be rejected, bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of their submission. The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on 30/09/2026 at 10h30 a.m. prompt local time at the IOSH’s conference room. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the law no 31/2022 of 21/11/2022 governing public procurement.
