About Us

Youth Entrepreneurs Chambers Africa (YECA) is a regional non-profit and professional development organization dedicated to empowering young people to become catalysts of sustainable social and economic transformation across Africa. Founded on the belief that Africa’s youth are its greatest resource, YECA works to nurture their potential through capacity building, innovation, mentorship, and enterprise, development.

YECA provides a dynamic platform for young entrepreneurs, innovators, and professionals to connect, learn, and grow. We equip youth with essential skills, tools, and networks needed to thrive in an increasingly competitive global economy while contributing meaningfully to their communities and national development goals.

At Youth Entrepreneurs Chambers Africa (YECA), we are committed to building a generation of skilled, confident, and innovative young leaders. Through our structured Training and Mentorship Program, we provide practical learning and hands-on guidance designed to strengthen professional competence, entrepreneurial capacity, and leadership potential.

Our programs combine classroom-style sessions with mentorship, peer learning, and practical assignments that enable participants to apply skills directly to their work or business environments.

Call for training, coaching and mentorships 

• Duration: 3 months per intake
• Frequency: Half-day sessions, three (3) times a week
• Training Cycles:
  • January – April (First Cohort)
  • May – July (Second Cohort)
  • September – November (Third Cohort)

Each training cycle provides an engaging and flexible schedule that allows participants to balance learning with work or other commitments.

Training Focus Areas

Participants can choose from a variety of short professional courses, including:

• Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)
• Project Planning and Management
• Financial Literacy and Business Management
• Entrepreneurship, Job creation, Business development services and Innovation
• Work Readiness and Employability SkillS 
• Proposal Development and Fundraising
• Leadership, Communication, and Team Building

Every session integrates mentorship support from experienced professionals and entrepreneurs to guide participants in applying their new skills effectively.

Fees and Registration

• Individual Participants:200,000 RWF (covers the entire 3-month program)
• Institutions or Groups (5 members and above):150,000 RWF per participant

Fees cover training materials, mentorship sessions, and a certificate of completion. Early registration is encouraged as spaces are limited per cohort.
