REQUIREMENT FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Job Profile/Responsibilities:
- Communication and Correspondence
- Answering and routing phone calls, greeting visitors, and acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing high volumes of digital and physical correspondence, including emails, memos, and mail distribution.
- Creating and proofreading professional documents such as reports, letters, and presentations.
- Schedule and Logistics Management
- Strategically managing executive or departmental calendars to maximize productivity and avoid conflicts across multiple time zones.
- Organizing virtual and in-person meetings, including venue booking, agenda distribution, and recording detailed minutes.
- Booking complex itineraries involving flights, accommodations, and rental cars while ensuring compliance with travel policies.
- Office Operations and Administration
- Establishing and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval and regulatory compliance.
- Monitoring stock levels, ordering stationery or office equipment, and managing vendor deliveries.
- Performing basic bookkeeping, processing invoices, tracking expense reports, and reconciling petty cash.
