TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT

  1. Good Neighbors International hereby invites national tenders for Construction of
    households’ latrine in different areas (Nduba Sector in Gasabo District, Runda and Nyamiyaga sectors in Kamonyi District, and Mukindo sector in
    Gisagara District.
  2. Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies or firms specialized in the field of construction with reputable experience.
  3. The tender is one lot: Construction of households’latrine in Gasabo, Kamonyi and Gisagara District (Nduba Sector, Runda sector, Nyamiyaga sector and Mukindo sector).
  4. Tender documents may be obtained from the Secretariat of Good Neighbors International- Head office located at Kicukiro district, Kagarama Sector, Kanserege cell, Bwiza village, KK 395st, Household No: 4, from 4 to 12 March 2026during working hours not later than 4:50 PM, upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 RwF), deposited to the account No. 211-117708-1-5101-2 Account Name: Good Neighbors Rwanda open in GT Bank.
  5. In case the provided detailed information is not sufficient to prepare a proper bid, bidders are advised to visit the project site to understand the actual site conditions. Therefore, bidders shall contact the procuring entity during working hours to request directions and arrange a site visit prior to bid submission.
  6. Well printed bids written in English, properly bound and presented in three copies of which, one original and two copies must reach, in sealed envelopes at Good Neighbors International Head office, not later than 13 march, 2026 at 10:00 am local time, accompanied with a bid security of One million Rwandan Francs (1,000,000 RWF), issued by a reputable bank or a registered financial institution. Bidders should sign in the tender register during submission; however, late bids shall be not received.
  7. The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on 13 march, 2026 at 10:05 am local time at Good Neighbors International Head office (Kigali).
