Subject: Request for Supply of Livestock (Chickens)

FXB Rwanda is a Rwandan local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) whose mission is to address the root causes of poverty as a means of securing children’s rights to survive, grow, and develop. It strives to be a catalyst for long-lasting positive change among vulnerable families affected and/or infected by HIV/AIDS in low- and middle-income communities by supporting them in improving their social, economic, and environmental conditions.
FXB-Rwanda, through the VillageFXB program implemented in Nyarugenge, Mageragere sector, Mataba Cell, invites interested and qualified bidders to submit bids for the supply of the chickens as listed in below table:

The above-mentioned items will be delivered to the site located in Nyarugenge District, Mageragere Sector, Mataba Cell, Mataba Village, at the Mataba Cell Office headquarters.
Bidders must provide the following documents:
- A detailed quotation/price schedule indicating prices inclusive and exclusive of VAT;
- A copy of the company registration certificate,
- A valid tax clearance certificate issued by the Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA);
- A copy of the compliance certificate issued by the Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB)
Bid documents, enclosed in a sealed envelope, must be submitted to the FXB Rwanda Coordination Office located in Kamonyi District, Runda Sector, Ruyenzi Cell, Rubumba Village, no later than Wednesday July 08, 2026 at 4h00P.M.
Notes:
- FXB reserves the right to cancel the tender if the prices proposed by bidders are not consistent with prevailing market prices;
- All 440 chickens will be delivered to the same site;
- Please ensure that you include your email address, as it will be used to communicate the outcome of your application. Suppliers without an email address will not receive any feedback.
