TENDER NOTICE FOR THE SUPPLY OF LIVE GOATS

Direct aid is an international NGO established in Kuwait in 1981 providing humanitarian Services more than 30 countries in Africa. It contributes to alleviating poverty, diseases, illiteracy and by focusing on food security, education, health and social areas of operation.

Direct aid Rwanda office. Plans to purchase live goats for slaughter to distribute to the vulnerable people.

And hereby invites potential suppliers to submit a sealed bid in accordance with Instruction to Bidders, and General Terms and Conditions of Purchase as described hereunder:

  • Goat condition: -Priority males or non-pregnant females alive 
  • Weight: - Between 20-22 KG with good health condition.
  • Eligible documents: - Valid business license, VAT and tax clearance certificate (for most recent tax period).
  • Delivery; The winner will be responsible for delivering the goats to different places of implementation including.
  1. Bugesera Gashora
  2. kamonyi Musambira
  3. Gatsibo Kiramuruzi

Bid submission deadline: 24th October 2025 at 10:00am

Sealed bids must be submitted in the locked box arranged for this purpose at the Direct Aid Head office in Kiyovu KN16/13 near NOBILIS Hotel during working hours. No bids will be accepted after the closing date and time specified above.

Bids will be open on 24th October 2025 at 11:00am. Interested bidders or their representatives will attend. 

Note:  Direct aid Rwanda office reserves have the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
