FXB Rwanda started its work in 1995 under FXB International created in 1989. In 2012, FXB Rwanda was registered as a local Non-Governmental Organization and continued to be affiliated to FXB International.

Right in 1995, the organisation started implementing the programs which were to back economically the vulnerable families specifically due to increased vulnerabilities resulting from Genocide. FXB Rwanda partnered with government of Rwanda and other stakeholders in the process of helping the community and the country to recover from these effects

FXB Rwanda is a locally registered Non-Governmental Organization whose mission is to address the root causes of poverty as a means of securing children's rights to survive, grow and develop, guided by a vision of creating a world fit for children by empowering vulnerable communities.

FXB Rwanda, through the Phyto-Social Enterprise (POSE) Project implemented in partnership with the National Industrial Research and Development Agency (NIRDA), is establishing a phytomedicine manufacturing facility at the NIRDA Life Science Laboratory located in Huye District, Rwanda.

With the present tender, FXB Rwanda invites eligible and qualified national bidders, for the execution of the work stated in the tender document obtained at FXB Rwanda Coordination Office located in Rubumba Village, Ruyenzi Cell, Runda Sector, Kamonyi District or via email: procurement@fxbrwanda.org upon presentation of the bank slip of ten thousand (10,000 FRW), a non-refundable fees paid to the account number 25001965004 opened in I&M Bank under the name François-Xavier Bagnoud. The deadline for submission of bids is Thursday, September 24, 2026at 5:00 PM.

A Compulsory site visit is scheduled on Friday, September 18, 2026 from 10:00 AM in NIRDA Life Science Laboratory, Huye District, Rwanda. The visit will be led by FXB Rwanda and NIRDA. 

Well printed original bid and properly bound headed by the letter addressed to the Executive Director of FXB Rwanda must be submitted to the office of FXB Rwanda to the above-mentioned address and dates. Electronic copies are not allowed and electronic submitted bids will not be considered. 

Late bids will be rejected.
