TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT
TITLE: VENDOR PRE-QUALIFICATION/ IPIGANWA RIBIMBURIWE N’IJONJORA

CLIENT: WORLD VISION INTERNATIONAL-RWANDA
World Vision is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development
programmes in 30 Districts of Rwanda. Our interventions in the strategic period of 2021-2025 seek to reach 2 million of the most vulnerable children. This is done through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection, and Education.
World Vision International - Rwanda office hereby invites all competent and reputable companies specialized in the areas listed in the table below for all tenders below USD 15,000.
Participation in the competition is therefore open and on equal conditions to all companies.
The selected suppliers will work with World Vision Rwanda for a period of two (2) years.
Instruction to bidders:
1. The tender is divided into seven (07) lots/categories, which are described in the table below and attached herewith:

2. Bidders are informed that all tendering processes and bid submissions will be done through (online) WVR e-procurement (Coupa); no hard copies will be accepted.
3. All interested bidders must provide their details through this link: “EOI FOR SUPPLIERS’
PREQUALIFICATION”. The deadline to express interest is on 16/03/2026 at 09:00 Am.
4. After the submission of the expression of interest, the World Vision team will send an email to all interested bidders to access the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa), where they will have the tender document for bidding instructions to provide their information.
5. Bids must therefore be submitted only via WVR e-procurement, not later than the date which will be
provided in the system.
6. Any bidder who will meet challenges during the expression of interest and bid submission can request support to this email: SG_wvrwanda_sc@wvi.org.
