TENDER NOTICE:

SUPPLY OF AHSU SCRUBS & WHITE COATS: Cohort 2 & 3

King Faisal Hospital Rwanda Foundation (KFHRF) is seeking bids from interested and qualified companies for the Supply of AHSU SCRUBS & WHITE COATS. 

1. Eligibility Requirements 

Interested companies must submit offers that include the following: 

• Priced Proposal (in Rwandan Francs), 
• Validity period of the offer, 
• Copy of RDB certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration, RSSB Clearance, • At least three (3) certificates of good completion of similar supplies, 

2. Technical Specifications 

(i) Colors (see detailed table below), 

(ii) Embroidery Requirement: 

o All scrubs and white coats must have the AHSU logo embroidered directly above the pocket (the Logo will be provided to the successful bidder). 

o Each scrub color will have a corresponding logo color assigned. 

(iii) Fabric Requirement:

➢ Scrub with cap:

• 35% cotton,
• 60% polyester
• 5% Lycra

➢ White coat:

• 35% viscose,
• 63% polyester
• 2% Lycra 

(iv)Delivery timeline: The company must be able to deliver within 15 days from the date of order.
