We are looking for a potential Supplier for UPS supply and Installation in Kilimanjaro ballroom and B1 meeting
spaces at Kigali Marriott Hotel.

 The successful bidder will be awarded a Purchase order as per attached scope.

I have also attached the biding terms and conditions for your reference to adhere to.

Kindly submit your sealed bids to Kigali Marriott loss prevention office(Security office) Cutoff Date 4th November 
,2025 (Kigali Marriott).

Site inspection will on 24th October 2025 at 11:am at Marriott Kigali.

  1. Bid is registered in our log book at loss prevention office.
  1. Write your company name.
  2. Write the Bid Name.
  3. In case of email, Bids should only be addresses to Miss Rusano Jennifer Our Executive Assistant only on this email address jennifer.urusaro@marriott.com
  4. Note: bids by email will only be sent to Jennifer who will print them and put in a sealed envelope for registration in the bids logo book .
