EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – TENDER OF PROVISION OF LEGAL SERVICES

World Vision is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development
programmes in 30 Districts of Rwanda. Our interventions in the strategic period of 2026-2030 seek to reach 2.5 million of the most vulnerable children. This is done through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection, and Education.

World Vision International, Rwanda hereby invites all competent and reputable Law Firms specialized in the provision of Legal Services.Participation in the competition is therefore open and on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field. 

Instruction to bidders: 

  1. All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed online via the WVR e-
    procurement system (Coupa). No hard-copy submissions will be accepted.
  2. Interested bidders must express interest through the provided Link, not later than 16/03/2026 at 5:00 PM
  3. An email will be sent to all bidders who expressed interest, granting access to the Tender
    documents on the date to be indicated in the e-procurement system (Coupa).
  4. Bids must be submitted exclusively via the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline
    communicated in Coupa.
