TENDER NOTICE: FOOD ITEMS SUPPLY 2026
Intore Learning Community CBC (ILC) is a fully registered company under TIN 121973074, located in Rubona, Rwamagana (10KM off Ntunga shopping centre). The organization’s core business activities are accommodation and event hosting. ILC comprises a two-floor main building and four (4) guest house blocks, each block containing seven (7) executive rooms.
ILC seeks qualified and experienced food items supplier to deliver fresh and dry foods for a six (6) months period.
Submission Guidelines
- Interested bidders are invited to submit their quotations only through the provided submission format (hard copies will not be accepted) through ilc-procurement@ilc.rw
- Please download the shopping list here .
- The deadline for submission is Thursday 18, December 2025.
Important Note:
- Bidders must fill in prices including transport and tax costs for each product in the category they choose to compete for.
- All prices must include applicable taxes and transport to ILC in Rwamagana, Rubona. No separate tax or transportation costs will be considered.
Vendor Registration:
