TENDER NOTICE
ECF-OR-TND-2026-006_ RENOVATION AND INTERIOR FIT-OUT OF THE NEW OFFICES
Ecofleet Solutions Ltd is a government-owned company mandated to transform and modernize public transport service delivery in the City of Kigali. Its mission is to enhance efficiency, reliability, and accessibility of the transport system through data-driven planning, route optimization, fleet management, and close coordination with stakeholders. By setting and enforcing service standards, Ecofleet ensures that Kigali's growing population has access to safe, reliable, and commuter-friendly transport services.
Ecofleet Solutions Ltd invites all eligible and qualified contractors for the renovation and interior fit-out of its new offices in Kigali, comprising drywall and glass partitioning, ceiling works, doors and joinery, painting and decoration, electrical and data installations, HVAC, washroom and kitchen renovations, and associated preliminaries, as described in the tender document and the annexed Bill of Quantities.
Eligibility
Participation is open to all eligible and qualified contractors that meet the requirements specified in the attached tender document. Interested firms may request the full tender document and Bill of Quantities by contacting us via email: procurement@ecofleet.rw .
Site Visit
A site visit will be conducted on 2nd October 2026 at 10:00 AM, at Ecofleet Solutions Ltd offices. Attendance is strongly recommended.
Submission of Bids
Bids must be submitted electronically to the email address below, clearly indicating the tender reference number and title “ECF-OR-TND-2026-006_ RENOVATION AND INTERIOR FIT-OUT OF THE NEW OFFICES” in the subject line.
