TENDER NOTICE N° 004/02/WKS/2026/AAR

TENDER TITLE: CONSTRUCTION OF TWO PLAYGROUND OF VOLLEYBALL AND BASKETBALL AT GS KAGANZA AND GS GATI IN MUKINGO AND MUYIRA SECTORS, NYANZA DISTRICT, SOUTHERN PROVINCE.

CLIENT: ACTIONAID

ActionAid Rwanda hereby invites national tenders for “Construction works for Two Combined Basketball and Volleyball Playgrounds: One at Groupe Scolaire Kaganza (Mukingo Sector) and One at Groupe Scolaire Gati (Muyira Sector), Nyanza District, Southern Province.” Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all national companies or enterprises specialized in the field with a valid trading license.

One day after submission of the bank slip of non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to the account N° 100000509258/00040-0043097-62 of ActionAid opened at Bank of Kigali. The tender document will be available from 26/02/2026 after submitting the bank slip on email: Actionaid.Rwanda@actionaid.orgnot later thanone day after submission of the bank slip.

The mandatory site visit is planned Thursday on 5/03/2026 at 2:00 Pm. The visit will start from G.S Gati in Muyira Sector, Nyanza District.

Well prepared bids written in English language, properly bound, and presented in 2 copies of which, an original and 1 copy in sealed envelopes will be submitted to ActionAid Rwanda Head offices in Remera, KG 178 ST, 5 Amahoro Village, RUKIRI II Cell, Remera Sector, Gasabo District, Near Amahoro National Stadium next to RSSB/CSS Building on Thursday, 12/03/2026 at 10:30 AM. 

The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on the same day at 11:30 AM at the Actionaid conference-room. Late bids will be rejected.

NB: No construction company shall be awarded more than one construction tender at a time.
