FXB Rwanda started its work in 1995 under FXB International created in 1989. In 2012, FXB Rwanda was registered as a local Non-Governmental Organization and continued to be affiliated to FXB International.

Right in 1995, the organisation started implementing the programs which were to back economically the vulnerable families specifically due to increased vulnerabilities resulting from Genocide. FXB Rwanda partnered with government of Rwanda and other stakeholders in the process of helping the community and the country to recover from these effects

FXB’s interventions span several fields, including socioeconomic development and economic empowerment, health and HIV/AIDS prevention, education, nutrition, early childhood development, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), and environmental protection. 

The current bid is under the project Improving basic Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Facilities in Schools of Rukoma Sector, Kamonyi District, Rwanda.

With the present tender, FXB Rwanda invites bids from eligible and qualified national bidders, for the execution of the work stated in the tender document obtained at FXB Rwanda Coordination Office located in Rubumba Village, Ruyenzi Cell, Runda Sector, Kamonyi District or via email procurement@fxbrwanda.org upon presentation of the bank slip of ten thousand (10,000 FRW), a non-refundable fees paid to the account number 25001965004 opened in I&M Bank under the name François-Xavier Bagnoud. The deadline for submission of bids is Tuesday, September 01, 2026at 5:00 PM.

A Compulsory site visit is scheduled on Tuesday August 25, 2026 from 09:00 am at GS Buguli and 11:00 am at EP Murehe Catholique. The visit will be led by FXB Rwanda. 

Well printed original bid and properly bound headed by the letter addressed to the Executive Director of FXB Rwanda must be submitted to the office of FXB Rwanda to the above-mentioned address and dates. Electronic copies are not allowed. 

Late bids will be rejected.
