Rwanda Rural Rehabilitation Initiative (RWARRI) is a national Non-Governmental Organization dedicated to promoting and improving the social and economic welfare of rural communities in Rwanda.

The organization has been officially recognized and registered by the Government of Rwanda as a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) since 2003 with registration No 37/11 14/SC&RT. It also has registration with the Rwanda Governance Board (RGB), a government body tasked with the regulation of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs).

Rwanda Rural Rehabilitation Initiative (RWARRI) has received funds from the European Union (EU) towards implementing the project of "Improving productivity through the promotion of bio-fortified crops for smallholder farmers in Rubavu and Rutsiro Districts."

Tender Documents are available at the reception of RWARRI Headquarters from 12th December 2025, starting at 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM upon presentation of a bank slip or proof for the payment of 2,000 Frw deposited to the account No.: 20012709003 entitled RWARRI was opened in I&M Bank. 

Well-printed bids including technical and financial proposals, properly bound and presented in 3 copies, one of which is the original, must reach RWARRI Headquarters no later than 12/01/2026 at 10:00 AM local time, accompanied by a bid security issued by a reputable bank or a registered insurance company. The organization rejects late bids and returns unopened; the submission of one lot bid is subject to rejection.

 The outer envelope should indicate the tender name and address of the client. 

The validity of bids shall be 120 days from the opening day of bids. 

Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in the conference room of RWARRI Headquarters at 10:30 AM.
