TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT

  1. 1. Good Neighbors International hereby invites national tenders for CONSTRUCTION OF ONE GIRL’S ROOM IN GISOZI AND ONE TOILET BLOCK IN MUKIZA CDP/TENDER REFERENCE NO: GNR/OT/2026/15

  2. Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies or firms experienced in the field of CONSTRUCTION 
  3. Tender documents may be obtained from the Secretariat of Good Neighbors International- Head office located at Kicukiro district, Kagarama Sector, Kanserege cell, Bwiza village, KK 395st, Household No: 4 from 30th June to 14th July2026 during working hours not later than 4:50 PM, upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 RwF), deposited to the account No. 211-117708-1-5101-2 Account Name: Good Neighbors Rwanda open in GT Bank.
  4. Site visits will be conducted from 09th to 10th July 2026. Bidders shall meet at EP Nyange, located in Gasabo District, Nduba Sector, Gatunga Cell, Nyange Village, on 09th July 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The site visit will then continue to Mukiza CDP on 10th July 2026 at 11:00 a.m., with the meeting point at EP Mukiza, located in Gisagara District, Mukindo Sector, Mukiza Cell, Mukiza Village.
  5. Well printed bids written in English, properly bound and presented in three copies of which, one original and two copies must reach, in sealed envelopes at Good Neighbors International Head office, not later than 15th July 2026 at 09:30 am local time, accompanied with a bid security of One million Rwandan Francs (1,000,000 RWF), issued by a reputable bank or a registered financial institution. Bidders should sign in the tender register during submission; however, late bids shall be not received.
  6. The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on 15th July 2026 at 09:35 am local time at Good Neighbors International Head office (Kigali).
