INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER No: 01/ARCT-RUHUKA/2026
TITLE OF THE TENDER: Procurement, Supply of Goods, and Provision of Various Services Required during the coming years.
The Association of Rwandan Trauma Counsellors (ARCT-RUHUKA) hereby informs all interested business companies and individual entrepreneurs who meet the required eligibility criteria and have the necessary capacity that it intends to award tender through competitive bidding in the following lot:
LOT : Conference and training hosting services (hotel services) to be conducted in different operational districts, as well as the provision of food and beverages (outside catering) for meetings and/or training.
Interested bidders may obtain the tender documents containing the bidding instructions from the ARCT-RUHUKA Secretariat at its Head Office located in KIBAGABAGA, on the road to Kibagabaga Hospital (KG 321 St), or use email: arctrwanda@gmail.com. The tender documents will be available from 17/02/2026 to 9/03/2026 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Fifty thousand Rwandan Francs (50,000 Frw), to be deposited on Account No. 20026973004, ARCT-RUHUKA VENTE, opened in I&M Bank. Proof of payment must be presented.
Well-sealed envelopes containing the required original documents, copies, together with three copies of the tender document, must be submitted to the ARCT-RUHUKA Secretariat no later than 09/03/2026 at 10:00 a.m.
The opening of bids will be conducted in public in the presence of bidders on 09/03/2026 at exactly 11:00 a.m. in the ARCT-RUHUKA meeting room.
