ASSIGNMENT TITLE: BRD IT INFRASTRUCTURE MODERNIZATION.

The Development Bank of Rwanda invites all interested, experienced, and qualified bidders to submit their best proposals for the supply, delivery, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of the proposed BRD IT Infrastructure Modernization, as detailed in the following lots:

Lot 1: Data Center Network Upgrade

Lot 2: Web Application Firewall and Load balancer.

Lot 3: Unified Observability Solution.

In this regard, the Development Bank of Rwanda wishes to invite all qualified suppliers to submit their technical and financial proposals together with proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs (20,000 Frw) deposited on the account Nº 4414310784 of BRD opened in BPR Bank Rwanda Plc. 

A password-protected soft copy of the technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the BRD e-procurement system at https://tender.brd.rw . The Tender Document, Terms of References and Technical requirements can be obtained through the e-procurement system at https://tender.brd.rw.

Any enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed in writing to: procurement@brd.rw.

The selection and award shall be based on conformance with the technical specifications and financial offer. Only the best bidder for each lot shall be invited for contract negotiations.

The proposals will be opened immediately in the presence of bidders’ representatives who wish to attend the opening session. The opening will take place automatically in the BRD e-procurement system, and bidders will be notified through the e-procurement system via their respective emails.

Note: Women-led firms are highly encouraged to participate in this tender.
