Urwego Finance CBC hereby invites interested professional companies to submit their financial proposal for supply of Laptops, Desktops, Screen monitor and Teller Printers to Urwego Finance CBC. Please note also the following:
-All the quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes with the following mentions: “RFQ-2026/10/IT/Log/005 for supply of Laptops, Screen monitor and Teller Printers to Urwego Finance CBC, and submit your bids to the reception of Urwego Finance at its head office located at , Plot 428, KG5 RD, UMUYENZI PLAZA, Remera Sector,Gasabo, Tel. +250 788173100, Website: www.urwegofinance.com;
-The quotations received, and acknowledged at the head office , will be opened and analyzed for selection of the best qualified company; by the Tender Committee Members of Urwego Finace , who will thereafter inform each bidder of the selection decision.
-The quotations should include the VAT Certificate, a valid Tax clearance certificate issued by RRA, RDB certificate (Registre de Commerce). The bidder’s registered business activities must be relevant to the supply of IT materials specified in this tender;
- Three (3) completion certificates issued by reputable institutions, demonstrating the bidder’s previous experience and successful performance in the supply of similar IT materials.
Note: The detailed specifications of the IT materials are provided in the attached Schedule of Requirements.
