The quotations received and acknowledged at the Head Office will be opened and evaluated by the Urwego Finance Tender Committee. The Committee will then select the best and most qualified company and inform each bidder of the final decision
The quotations should include RRA certificate; a tax clearance certificate issued by the RRA; RDB registration certificate for service activities related to printing; a Valid RSSB clearnce certificate; proof of last company’s declaration
The bidder should include 3 completion certificate for the similar services
The company should include copy of the catalogue of samples of the design work
The selected company will be paid after delivery and acceptancy of goods by marketing manager Note: the delivery will be at Head Office after receiving the pachase order
The selected company will be able to submit T-shirts no later than 25^th July 2025.
