Title: HIRING AN INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT FOR WASH MONITORING IN NYARUSHISHI TRANSIT CENTRE

World Vision is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development programmes in 30 Districts of Rwanda. Our interventions in the strategic period of 2026-2030 seek to reach 2.5 million of the most vulnerable children. This is done through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection, and Education.
World Vision Rwanda is implementing WASH interventions at Nyarushishi Transit Center to support returnees with access to safe water, sanitation, and hygiene services. To ensure quality assurance, compliance with humanitarian standards, and accountability to donors, World Vision Rwanda seeks to engage an individual consultant to provide technical oversight of WASH activities in the center.
World Vision seeks to hire a highly qualified, dedicated, and experienced national individual consultant to provide Consultancy services for WASH Monitoring in Nyarushishi Transit Centre dailyfor a period starting from the date of signing the contract to 31st December 2026.
Instructions to bidders:
- All interested bidders shall express their interest through the link Nyarushishi by 2nd March 2026 at 09:00 am (the details provided will serve to create the profile of the Publisher in the WVR e-procurement system “Coupa”); An email will be sent to all interested bidders through the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa).
- Please note that all tendering processes and bid submissions will be done through (online) WVR e-procurement (Coupa); no hard copies will be accepted.
