Consultancy (Short-Term, Assignment-Based) -Data Collector Pool
The Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. (CHAI) is a global health organization committed to strengthening integrated health systems around the world and expanding access to care and treatment for HIV/AIDS, malaria and other illnesses. Based on the premise that business-oriented strategy can facilitate solutions to global health challenges, CHAI acts as a catalyst to mobilize new resources and optimize the impact of these resources to save lives, via improved organization of commodity markets and more effective local management. CHAI does not operate stand-alone programs, nor does it build parallel health systems. Rather, CHAI works at the invitation and in support of governments. We focus on large-scale impact and have secured lower pricing agreements for treatment options in more than 70 countries. CHAI Rwanda is therefore looking for qualified individuals for the Data Collector Short-Term Consultancy, Assignment-Based.
Instructions and other information for completing your proposals are provided in detail in the Terms of Reference attached to this notice.
Submission of proposals
Interested candidates should submit the letter expressing their interest and CVs prepared in English, to rwandaprocurement@clintonhealthaccess.org not later than May 31st, 2026, not later than 05:00 PM local time. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Selected candidates will be included in the data collector pool and will be contacted upon program needs, availability, performance history, and the specific requirements of each activity.
Interested data collectors are requested to adhere to the deadline, proposals submitted after the deadline will be automatically rejected.
Any questions/concerns/clarifications related to this tender should be addressed to CHAI Rwanda procurement Office through rwandaprocurement@clintonhealthaccess.org not later than 5 days before the deadline for submission. Any questions/concerns/clarifications received after this deadline will not be considered.

- Data Protection and Consent:
