Recruitment of Consultancy Firm for the Production Unit Feasibility Study and the Business Plan Development
Expertise France invites qualified and experienced consulting firms to submit their proposals for consultancy assignment of Production Unit Feasibility Study and the Business Plan Development for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Centers of Excellence in Agriculture in Rwanda. The Production Units will mainly serve as a generative income source for the TVET Centres but also serve as a high technology hub for dual training for students and youth around the schools.
The assignment to be undertaken cover the entire business plan development process, from site and needs analysis to the preparation and presentation of bankable business plans. They include, among others, current situation analysis, Market & Value Chain Study, Technical and Financial Feasibility, Institutional & Management Framework, Business Plan Development, Final document presentation and validation. At each stage, the firm is expected to propose innovative solutions tailored to the local context, ensuring technical, regulatory, and budgetary coherence of all deliverables.
Scope of Work:
The consulting firm will be responsible for:
- Conducting situational analysis and business feasibility studies.
- Developing and presenting most profitable business plans per each school.
- Preparing a schematic architectural drawingof the proposed agri-industrial potential businesses for both schools.
- Complying with national and international standards to guarantee the climate-smart practices, environmental protection, sustainability, and obedience with various national and international regulations.
- Promoting the best practices in regards to water management, green energy usage, and wastes recycling processes for the developed businesses.
Target Beneficiary:
- Kisaro and Nyagahanga TVET Centers of Excellence.
