The Impact You’ll Have:
Strategy Architect: Design and implement a cohesive multi-channel marketing strategy that aligns with our long-term growth targets.
Market Scout: Conduct deep-dive research into industry trends and competitor moves to keep us three steps ahead.
Performance Engine: Manage marketing budgets and obsess over KPIs like ROI, CAC, and conversion rates to optimize every franc spent.
Team & Vendor Management: create and lead a team of specialist sales agents or manage external agency partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
Brand Guardian: Ensure our voice remains consistent across all platforms—from social media to whitepapers. Identifying new opportunities, customer behaviors, and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 4–7+ years in a strategic marketing role with a proven track record of scaling brands. (Verifiable)
- Analytical Rigor: Mastery of tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce), and data visualization.
- Digital Fluency: Expertise in SEO/SEM, performance marketing, and social media strategy.
- Soft Skills: Strong executive-level communication, creative problem-solving, and adaptability in fast-paced markets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; an MBA or PMP certification is highly preferred for this level.
