LETTER OF INVITATION (LOI)
Subject: Invitation to Submit Proposals for Consultancy Services to Conduct a Baseline Study for the Project “Empower a Child – Secure the Future: Protecting Children’s Rights in the Face of Climate Change in Nyagatare and Kirehe Districts”
AEE-Rwanda hereby invites qualified and experienced consulting firms/companies to submit their technical and financial proposals for the provision of consultancy services to conduct a baseline study for the project entitled “Empower a Child – Secure the Future: Protecting Children’s Rights in the Face of Climate Change in Nyagatare and Kirehe Districts.”.
The assignment shall be undertaken in accordance with the requirements, scope of work, and deliverables outlined in the attached Terms of Reference (ToR).
All proposals and supporting documents must be submitted electronically to the following email addresses:aeeprocurement@aeerwanda.ngo; tnkuranga@aeerwanda.ngo not later than November 11th, 2026.
The applicant is asked to send the letter of interest, CVs, the technical and financial proposal, and sample(s) of similar studies and company administrative documents (Practicing certificates, RDB Certificate, proof of EBM usage, Tax clearance certificate, VAT Certificate, and RSSB clearance certificate).
The cover letter should include the address of the firm and contact person.
