Position: Geotechnical Driller / Drilling Machine Operator

The company specializes in geotechnical investigations, soil and rock testing, foundation engineering, slope stabilization, and construction materials testing.Equipped with state-of-the-art geotechnical equipment and supported by highly qualified professionals, BEN Specialized Engineering is committed to delivering high-quality engineering solutions for infrastructure, transportation, and construction projects.We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and competent Geotechnical Driller to join our field investigation team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain geotechnical drilling equipment safely and efficiently.
  •  Execute deep geotechnical investigations.
  •  Perform Standard Penetration Tests (SPT).
  •  Carry out undisturbed and disturbed soil sampling.
  •  Lead and supervise drilling crews during field operations.
  •  Proper maintenance and repair of drilling equipment.
  •  Prepare daily drilling logs and field reports.
  •  Comply with all health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Vocational school Certificate/Diploma in related field
  • Proven experience operating geotechnical drilling rigs, preferably wireline drilling systems for at least 5 years.

Demonstrated experience in:

  • Deep geotechnical investigations using wireline machine.
  • Rock coring and quarry investigations
  • Standard Penetration Testing (SPT)
  • Undisturbed sampling techniques

Added values:

  • Ability to, repair, and maintain drilling equipment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability and willingness to learn operating various machineries
  • Train Junior stuffs on Machene operation
