EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE SALE OF MIXED SCRAP MATERIALS AT TRINITY NYAKABINGO MINE LTD
Trinity Nyakabingo Mine Limited hereinafter referred to as Trinity Nyakabingo Mine, Nyakabingo, or the Client, is a Rwanda-registered Mining company under registration number Reg. N°. 100511011. Trinity Nyakabingo Mine Limited holds a 25-year mining license in Rulindo District, Northern Province, Rwanda.
Scope of Work:
The potential bidders are invited to express interest in the following:
- Metals Scrap.
- Plastic Scrap.
- Bags.
- Tyres.
All interested parties should submit expressions of Interest in accordance with the below requirements complete with supporting documents.
- Application Letter introducing your Company.
- Certificate of domestic company registration issued by RDB
- Valid tax clearance certificate issued by RRA
- Scope and value of previous Work undertaken in Rwanda for Scrap Purchases.
A site visit has been arranged for this tender on 3rd December 2025 from 10:00am to 11:00am.
Submission of Expressions of Interest to Trinity Nyakabingo Mine Limited in Procurement office: Nyakabingo, Shyorongi Sector,Rulindo District, Northern Province not later than 8th December 2025 at 03:00pm.
Expressions of Interest received after 03:00pm on 8th December 2025 will unfortunately not be considered.
