Expression of Interest – Frontline/Customer Engineer (Junior Consultant)

The University of Global Health Equity (UGHE), through its Centre for Transformative Learning Technologies (CTLT), is developing OneSpaceAfrica (OSA) in partnership with the Consortium of Medical Schools in Africa (COMS-A). OSA is an AI-powered learning platform for African medical schools. It is designed for use across a whole institution, for the academic rigor medical schools require, and for rollout across a variety of regulatory environments, resource constraints, and access requirements. OSA Phase 0 runs November 2026 through June 2027. It assesses need and institutional readiness across the COMS-A network, prioritizes use cases, and builds the evaluation and governance frameworks for a Phase 1 decision. A UGHE pilot runs alongside it, starting in late 2026.

Services offered shall be reviewed based on completeness and compliance of the Terms of reference with the minimum specifications described above and any other annexes providing details of UGHE requirements. 

UGHE is not bound to accept any Proposals, nor award a contract/Purchase Order, nor be responsible for any costs incurred by the bidder while conducting the selection process.
