EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – CONSTRUCTION WORKS 

World Vision is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development programs in 30 Districts of Rwanda. Our interventions in the strategic period of 2026-2030 seek to reach 2.5 million of the most vulnerable children. This is done through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection, and Education.

World Vision International Rwanda hereby invites all competent and reputable companies/suppliers specialized in construction works to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the works indicated in the tender Lots.

Lot 1: Construction of two classrooms at Indatwa PS in Karangazi Sector, Nyagatare District

Lot 2: Construction of two (2) blocks of Latrines at GS Viro, EP Musengesi, and four (4) MHMR at EP Mbogo, GS Viro, GS Musengesi, GS Mushungo in Gihombo sector, Nyamasheke District FFE_Project

Lot 3: Construction of School Kitchen and Dining Hall at GS Rushara in Burera District, Buranga Cluster

Lot 4: Construction of School Kitchen store and Dining hall at EP Rubona in Burera District, Buranga Cluster.

Lot 5: Construction of two Menstrual Hygiene Rooms, two compost sites, and two Hand Washing facilities at GS Rushara and EP Rubona in Buranga Cluster, Burera District

Lot: 6 Connection of EP. Gatovu and GS. Ruhuha to Clean water all in Kageyo Sector, Ngororero District (FFE project)

Participation in the competition is therefore open and on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field. 

Instruction to bidders: 

  1. All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed online via the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). No hard-copy submissions will be accepted.
  2. Interested bidders must express interest through the provided link, not later than 24/06/2026 at 5:00 PM
  3. An email will be sent to all bidders who expressed interest, granting access to the Tender documents on the date to be indicated in the e-procurement system (Coupa).
  4. Bids must be submitted exclusively via the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline communicated in Coupa. No company will be awarded more than one lot.
