EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – CONSTRUCTION WORKS
World Vision is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development
programmes in 30 Districts of Rwanda. Our interventions in the strategic period of 2026-2030 seek to reach 2.5 million of the most vulnerable children. This is done through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection, and Education.
World Vision International Rwanda hereby invites all competent and reputable companies/suppliers specialized in construction works to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the works indicated below, tender Lots.
lot 1: Construction of two (2) blocks of Latrines at EP Rukeri, EP Mukingi, and four (4) MHMR at EP
Rukeri, EP Mukingi, EP Cyahafi, and EP Gasura in the Bwira sector, Ngororero District
FFE_Project.
lot 2: Construction of Three (3) Blocks of Latrines at EP Kariha, GS Ruhuha, and EP Kabingo, and
One (1) MHR at GS Ruhuha in Kageyo Sector, Ngororero District-FFE_Project.
lot 3: Construction of Three Classrooms at GS Bugenda, Bushoki Sector, Rulindo District, Tare AP-
Buranga Cluster
Lot 4: Construction of Three (3) Blocks of Latrines and Three (3) MHMR at EP Mushyiga, GS
Kamashi, and CS Nyagasozi in Ngororero District-FFE_Project.
Participation in the competition is therefore open and on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field.
Instruction to bidders:
- All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed online via the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). No hard-copy submissions will be accepted.
- Interested bidders must express interest through the provided link, not later than 13/03/2026 at 5:00 PM
- An email will be sent to all bidders who expressed interest, granting access to the Tender documents on the date to be indicated in the e-procurement system (Coupa).
- Bids must be submitted exclusively via the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline communicated in Coupa. No company will be awarded more than two lots.
