TITLE: HIRING A FREIGHT FORWARDING AND CLEARING FIRM

SUBJECT: Clarification on Submission Requirements

Dear Esteemed Bidders,

Reference is made to the tender for Hiring a Freight Forwarding and Clearing Firm published on October 7, 2024.

We would like to inform interested bidders of the following corrections and updates to the submission requirements:

  • Price Schedule: Submission of a price schedule is not required at this stage, as the objective of this tender is to prequalify the highest-ranked freight forwarders capable of providing optimal value across different transportation modes. Pricing will be requested at the time of shipment for those bidders who successfully pass this stage.
  • Bid Security: A bid security is also not required, as this stage does not involve the submission of quotations.
  • Extended Submission Deadline: The submission deadline has been extended to November 12, 2024, at 10:00 AM.
