 CALL FOR OFFER FOR DEVELOPMENT AND BROADCASTING OF RADIO AND TV EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS.

FH Rwanda has been implementing integrated relief and development projects in Rwanda since 1994. FH Rwanda operates in Rulindo, Ruhango, Muhanga, Gatsibo, Nyagatare, Ngororero, Nyamasheke, Gisagara and Karongi districts. Our Head Office is located at Umuyenzi Plazza, 2nd Floor, Kisimenti – Remera-Kigali. 

FH Rwanda has adopted an integrated programming model Unlock: resilient systems, flourishing communities through technical specializations, Entrepreneurship and Business Development, Social Behavior Change, Physical and Mental well-being, Early childhood Development, Formal and Non formal education, WASH as well as Disaster Risk Reduction and Response.

Food for the Hungry Rwanda, funded by World Food Program (WFP), is looking for a competent a Media House fordeveloping and broadcasting of Radio and TV Educational Programs in Ngororero, Nyamasheke, Gisagara Districts. This call for proposal is open on equal terms to all eligible and experienced Media Houses in Rwanda for tender No: 007/03/FY26.

All those interested in this invitation are requested to follow the link provided by the media for the ToR. 

The offers well typed, appropriately bound technical proposal presented in One Original and Two copies and financial proposal presented in One Original and two copies must reach in sealed envelopes to the aforesaid address no later than 23rd April 2026 at 10:30am local hour. 

Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. 

The bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 am in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in the meeting room of FH Association Rwanda.

FH Rwanda reserves the right to reject any bid deemed inappropriate.
