FH Rwanda operates in Ruhango and Muhanga District in Southern Province, Gatsibo and Nyagatare Districts in eastern Province, Ngororero and Karongi districts in Western Province and Rulindo District in Northern Province. Our Head Office is located at Umuyenzi Plazza, 2nd Floor, Kisimenti – Remera Sector, Gasabo District, Kigali City.

FH Association RWANDA (FOOD FOR THE HUNGRY) in partnership with the African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE Rwanda) under World Food Program (WFP) fund, hereby invites sealed bids from eligible national consultant firms who have Electronic Billing Machine, qualified, reputable firms to submit their offers for a tender No 007/09/FY25:

Lot 1. CALL FOR CONSULTANCY OFFER TO Conduct value chain Analysis and baseline evaluation for the project “Improving Smallholder farmers' food security, climate resilience, and livelihoods through Conservation Agriculture Plus (CA+)” in Ngororero, Nyamasheke, and Gisagara Districts.

This call for consultancy is open on equal terms to all consultant firms registered in Rwanda.

All those interested by this invitation are requested to check the terms of reference attached to this advert.

Interested consultant firms should submit their well typed, appropriately bound technical proposal presented in One Original and Two copies and a financial proposal presented in One Original and two copies in sealed envelopes to the above-mentioned address no later than 19th September 2025 at 10:30 am local hour. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

The bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 am in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in the meeting room of FH Association Rwanda.

FH Rwanda reserves the right to reject any bid deemed inappropriate.
