The Wellspring Foundation for Education (Wellspring) is a Canadian INGO currently operating in Rwanda and through partnership in East Africa. Our vision is to be a catalyst for transforming education for children and to foster vibrant communities that address poverty in all its forms. Wellspring currently has a portfolio of locally-led and inclusive quality education programs and pilot innovations in Rwanda and Uganda.
