Established and licensed in 2015 as ISCO ISP, the company started its operations by offering business and consumer Internet. In 2024, ISCO ISP rebranded to ISCO Technology to communicate its new product and service lines.

Today, the company offers more than just Internet. ISCO Technologies offers various solutions to some of the largest enterprises in Rwanda and accompanies them in their digital transformation.
