École Francophone Abitonda logo

ABITONDA is a school located in Kigali, founded in 2001 as a daycare. Over time, it has expanded to include both nursery and primary sections.

It is one of the few francophone schools in Rwanda that follows the French Ministry of National Education curriculum.

Key strengths:

  • High-quality teaching delivered by qualified teachers

  • A caring, family-like environment

  • A dynamic setting with sports and cultural activities

The school plans to expand with the creation of a secondary section (lycée) in the future. Meanwhile, its system remains flexible, allowing students to continue their studies after primary either in another francophone school or within the national system.
